Paid Character Xfer Bugged ?

I have paid for 2 toons to be xfer'd, Blizz has billed my cards. The Xfer Time period keeps extending and extending. I called billing and got no answer as to what was going on. First the CSR tells me there is nothing wrong, then He tells me that some tech guy he was talking to said there is some super rare issue going on and wouldnt give me any other info on this and then he gave me the "I dont know whats going on heres my email..blah blah blah." All I want to know is What this so called super rare issue is thats holding up the character xfers.

Keep in mind that you are looking at fund held charges. If the transaction failed, these charges will appear in your statement and should be dropped in a few days.

Can you log in to the transactions page, cancel the transfer and try again?

Assuming everything checks out, yes. As I mentioned before, I was not able to confirm any issues with paid services.

The charges are automatically dropped. If you have been waiting 3 months, I recommend you contact our billing and account services, confirm what the charge was for and then contact your financial institution if you wish to dispute the charge.

Additionally, if you are not comfortable initiating the transfer, it may be best to call in and have a representative take care of it for you.
