Is upgrading the 10-day trial into a full account count as the 1month of paid time? If so, would there be anyway I could get the reward from that. If not, if I were to add a 60 day game card, would I have the reward instantaneously; or would I have to wait for the free 30days from upgrading the account from a trial to run out?

No, Zalyssa. Upgrading from a trial to full account counts as an upgrade only. In other words, you do get 30 days free with the purchase, however they don't count towards the required 2 months of paid time in order to get the rewards.

Yes, if your friend adds a 60 day prepaid card you will not have to wait at all.
