Unable to recovery password

I'm trying to logging in my account and the password was reset due to "change acess pattern". i received this email after trying recovery.. but im still unable to change my password.

You may have your spam filters set too high or possibly to delete upon arrival, Goldschläger.

Pahanda provided a link to our Knowledgebase article about how to receive emails from Blizzard. There are several email providers listed. Simply follow the instructions and attempt to reset your password again. Ultimately, if you are unable to receive the email at your current email address, perhaps updating the email address may be something to consider.
