How do i remove an authenticator?

Hello,

My account has been hacked or I got a keylogger somehow and they attached an authenticator to my account. They have since then moved my chars off my realm and such. I went to us.battle.net and changed my pw but im still stuck with the authenticator on the account. Is that something that will be removed once they look at my account for the restore?

Also just so I know how long does this process normally take?
