hello! i got in a fight with one of my friends and in retaliation he added a parental block to my account. seeing how i cannot retrieve change or undo the parental controll without having access to said email i cannot play wow. my friend is now out of town for the next 3 months for missionary work and i cant contact him to apologise and get this email. seeing how i PAY for this account what can i do to undo this parental block?

I am sorry to hear that your friend set up Parental Controls on the account without your permission, Shrapnèl.

Thanks, Barolas! This is a great first step. You obviously do not want him to be able to access it anymore so this situation can be avoided in the future. Perhaps think about updating the Battle.net email address to one he does not know.

Since you stated that you pay for the account, the payment method can be removed when you contact Account Services. I show the account is scheduled to renew on 11/25/10 so you may wish to consider removing the credit card f you are unable to resolve the Parental Control issue by then.
