Paid Character Transfer wait time

Hi,

I put in a realm transfer request earlier today and have been waiting for it to go through. Its been roughly 10 hours and the transactions page still says Pending. Just wondering if there were any errors in the transaction I should be aware of, or if I should be canceling the transfer and starting over?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
