For the last month we've dealt with unplayable lag, latency in the thousands, and i've missed numerous raids bacause I cant heal through the lag.
On behalf of all of us that have been essentially been screwed out of playing for a month, give us a free month. I know that most of us have been limited to standing around in Dal watching the world around us hitch and jerk by.
I know, people in hell want ice water, but I think it's only fair that you give us something in exchange for not being able to play for a month.

I would have to agree, Owmyhead. The majority of the player base has been able to play normally and have not been experiencing the "unplayable lag". If you are experiencing an issue you'll want to check the Technical Support forum for troubleshooting advice.

If you otherwise believe that compensation should be provided due to the issues you have been experiencing you are welcome to post in the Suggestions forum with that request.
