Character Transfer NOT Working.

Put in a character transfer today at 3pm EST. Said estimated 1hr wait time. I checked it again around 5pm EST and the transfer still had not gone through. I checked on these forums and read suggestions of cancelling it and re-submitting the transfer. I re-submitted the transfer then and it is now 7pm EST and my transfer has yet to go through. Now it also says 4hr wait time.

WHY is it taking this long? This is ridiculous.

I'm having someone look into this issue, Kruchkow.

There may be a small delay with paid services, however this has not yet been confirmed.

For now, please make sure you are not logging in to the character and do not cancel the service unless we ask you to.

Both your character transfer and race change should now be completed, Kruchkow.

As I mentioned in another thread, please allow up to 72 hours for transactions to go through.
