Account locked, can't log, link doesn't work

OK. So your security program still doesn't like me logging in from a laptop I keep at work to where I live less than a mile away. I'm required to change my password, again, yet this time the link I received via e-mail doesn't work--says the site is down.

Options? I don't feel like an extended wait on the phone at this time of day...
