Logging in from a different region??

Downloaded the PTR from a link tech support posted and now when I try to log on it says I dont have an active WoW account or Im trying to log on from a different region.

How do I get around this?

I have had a WoW account since it came out and Im playing in the same chair, on the same comp, on the same IP, in the same house....that I have been playing WoW for years. So there is certainly no "regional" issue going on here.

How do I fix this?
