Character recovery/password being reset

i recently had my account hacked (saturday november 13th). i did everything right as getting new passwords and an authenticator. i did not change my email the first time though. i played that monday till like midnight. On tuesday it showed my account banned. wednesday i called support and he sent a ticket to the gamemaster. upon asking if i got hacked again he said that it was highly unlikely because i now have and authenticator attached. today, thursday, my account is reopen again. i was just wondering how long will it take to get my characters items/gold recovered?

Another problem i keep having now which i've read it happening to a couple of people is making me believe that i'm still being hacked somehow or someone is just messing with me. today (thursday the 18th) when my account was opened again, i created a new password for battle.net, new email address, different password for that email, and i still have the authenticator. For some reason though i've gotten 2 emails from noreply@battle.net saying that my password was reset and to click on the link to choose a new one. everything is legit, because i've just gone to the website and it was for sure reset and i was able to make a new one. why does battle.net keep resetting my password because i find it highly unlikely that i've been rehacked.

The account was more than likely still being looked into when you logged in the first time, Ushorran. The account appears to be back under your control.
