Faction change problem.

Hello Blizzard!

To get strait to the point, I am unable to use the faction change service cause it says I still have arena team captin status. However if I log into Wow, my arena tab says i'm not part of any arena teams.I do submit in game tickets, But I do have to log off before it gets answered and thus probably gets canceled.

on a side note, the snow has dumped on us hardcore!! who wants to go snowboarding!!

If this is concerning the character you are posting under, Lagoon, this character is on a 2v2 team and a 3v3 team. Following the commands that Barolas posted you should be able to leave the teams on your own. Once you have left the teams you can then process the Faction Change.

I would be up for snowboarding but it hasn’t been cold enough for snow yet here. Or enough to make it worthwhile anyway. >.<
