The forums here are out of control. I have posted here for several items as I have played this game. Over the last 4 years I have watched these forums continue to worsen.

It's distracting and unnecessary when people post none relevant comments to players questions. All this tends to do is frustrate a customer who is more than likely already frustrated by a problem that has occurred.

What is truly frustrating is when people post comments where they imply knowledge on the matter. Essentially the posters are talking out their preverbal back side, when they make posts that are complete assumptions on their part and lack any real knowledge from a blizzard point of view.

The Bug report forum is a place that has turned into a monster. Considering the amount of bugs that there are at the moment players post the same bugs repeatedly. This Forum needs a heavy amount of moderation to control the reports and get blizzard on board with problems players are experiencing.

Please regain control of these forums and eliminate the non-useful information from the areas that players seek help at. I am certain we will see several posts following this post as perfect examples of what I am referring to i.e. “QQ” and so forth.

As to other players posting, that's what these are primarily for. Since I don't know what posts you are referring to specifically, I couldn't say if they were ontopic or not - but here our regulars often do have a pretty good idea of what may have happened since the same topics come up so often.
