Billing probably would be the best way to tackle this, especially if you need an email change.

They operate on Pacific time. It will be a few hours before they open again, but they are open 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. If for some reason the Australian number isn't working for you - you may wish to look into a program such as Skype and dial the international number.
