Blizzcon Presale Merchandise

I didn't know where else to go with this question, so hopefully a blue can check on this and point me in the right direction.

I ordered stuff in the Blizzcon presale, and it still hasn't come yet, nor has the status changed on my order page. The only, latest update on the Blizzcon forum said that everything should have shipped by Fedex by November 3rd. Obviously this didn't happen, but I haven't recieved any emails or found any more updates.

When am I going to get my presale order? AM I going to get it at all? Is Billing the right number to call to check on this? It's getting kind of ridiculous. I ordered this stuff in a presale with 2nd day shipping, not...2nd MONTH shipping. Speaking of shipping, am I still going to get charged the full amount I paid for 2nd day shipping that didn't happen?

The best department to contact to gain further information into the status of your orders would be Account Services, but here is what I can tell you so far.

I was able to check on the orders placed from the account you are posting under and our records indicate you placed 3 separate orders, all on 10/10/10. It seems as though some of the items have been shipped while others still have not. At this time you should have received 2 packages – one contained a Woman’s BlizzCon Key Art T-Shirt by itself, and the other contained another Woman’s BlizzCon Key Art T-Shirt as well as the Grunty FigurePrint Pet. According to the FedEx website, both orders were delivered on 10/13/10 and signed for. Items still outstanding would be Gurky, the Murloc Stein, the Murloc Hat, and the sheet music.

If there are any discrepancies in the above, you will need to contact Account Services directly for assistance. At that time you can discuss the shipping costs accrued by the orders and if there is any plans for reimbursement.
