Faction Change help

My character has been in the que for about 4 or 5 hours now, and I was wondering if I could get an eta on the Faction Change? I was looking it up and most people's was ranging from 15 min - 1 hour. I was hoping to get it done before I went to bed ( Around midnight now, was thinking it wouldn't take this long ). Mainly becuase, afterwards I could go ahead and put the payment and request through for a server transfer and be able to play ( Hopefully ) when I wake up as to seeing I have tomorow off.

Most of the time Faction Changes as well as Character Transfers usually only take 15-20 minutes. A lot of people wait until after the weekly maintenance period or after a patch to transfer and that can slow down the process.

Your request looks to be in queue, Lunimos, and it is currently unprocessed and pending approval. Give it some time hopefully it won't be too much longer.
