Entered too many instances recently??

If you were running instances (i.e. Invasion Event fights) on your Warlock that counts for the overall total of instances run on an account. You should be able to enter after an hour.

For reference your Mage entered The Slaves Pen at 1:35 GMT and killed Quagmirran at 1:41 GMT. The timer is also based on the first of the instances, not the last. You entered your first instance at 1:12 GMT, which is why you were able to enter that other instance at 2:14 GMT.

If you did not believe me a liar the proper statement would have been... I think this may not be working correct then because I believe it has been over an hour. :)

I could, but you wouldn't be able to actually reach the link, Stoneelf. We had an old support article that simply mentioned it but I believe it was lost when they were converted from the old format.

The restriction has been that you are able to create 5 instances in a one hour period, this is based on when the first instance was created not the last.

Most people will not, this was originally implemented to help prevent exploitative activity. Most normal players will usually only see it during holiday or other special events. The Dungeon Finder circumvents the normal limit but still tallies them so after you have completed the Invasion event boss fights if you have a total of 5 instances entered you won't be able to enter any new ones until the time expires.
