Yes, Johnlowery, your thread regarding a Tech issue was moved to the Technical Support forum. Though your thread may not have been answered directly there is a great deal of troubleshooting advice found in that forum. For instance there is a thread that has been stickied called:

Though I understand your frustration it does not forgive your inappropriate response. Deleting your offensive post doesn't make it go away either, you are still able to post because I have opted to give you another chance.

Hopefully the sticky will help you with your issue, if not those Tech Reps who moderate that forum may be able to address your thread directly.
