Account Locked due to Smoothping help

Title says it all my account got locked out due to smooth ping which has happened before and is no big deal; however, the site used to send the email to reset my password has not come up from server downtime as the guilds mt they sort of need me in there. Anyway an admin can reset this for me some how or am I stuck until the site comes back up?
