Having problems with my Faction Change

Whats up trying to faction change this toon been hours sence i put in the faction change i am in know way new to faction changing ive done more then enough with this toon and my others but it has never taken more then an hour or two max just wondering whats the deal if there is a problem with the faction changes today or not tyvm.

Have you contacted the financial institution to verify there isn’t an issue with the credit card?
