Why does it get worse every single patch?

The bugs never get better. They keep getting worse and worse. Sure the BG queues were long the last week. But at least they werent like 45 mintues and when they pop, i cant get into them, because i hit enter and nothing happens. And on top of that, i cant drop queue i have to spam click it liek 100 times to get it to drop.

And i know the response im going to get to this. We are aware of this issue. grats. i dont care if you are aware of it. fix it.
