Neth just a questioni if I may? the orignal post was mentioning about silence change and diminishing returns but mentions nothing about interrupts. So does this mean that interrupts are still on DR ?

This includes the entirety of the patch note that said :

It no longer applies. I hope that clears it up a little for you.
