Shattered Hand Salute - Blue Tracker

I went to the Shattered Hand guy in Org and watched him do the salute. I tried to figure it out but i got frustrated as hell and abandoned the quest to see if I could get it again so he would do the salute again. I went back to Silvermoon and the guy dosen't offer the quest. How do I get the ability to use poison now?

The quest you get from Zelanis in Silvermoon is called Rogues of the Shattered Hand. When you spoke with Shenthul in Orgrimmar you turned in that quest and picked up the next one called The Shattered Salute.

You just need to speak with Shenthul again to pick the quest up once more.

The only place that I know that he hangs out is in the Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar. I see him standing there now on your realm.
