Good feedback has been given for over a month now and all it led to was "theorycrafting" posts being deleted and the posters banned.

So what are shaman supposed to think when their constructive feedback posts are deleted without warning or reason?

IMHO you should find who did this and ask them about it because that person (or persons) over there next to you are responsible for all of this.

I would love to be able to talk to people about this, but right now, my time is being focused on cleaning out the forums. When people get into the office, we can start a dialogue based on the concerns the Shaman community has, but the current spamming trend has to stop. It does not make people look as if they have rational concerns but instead gives the impression of a temper tantrum being thrown and I KNOW that people don't want that impression to color their concerns. Genuine concerns are always taken seriously.

I have great empathy for the community when something is bothering them, but it makes it very difficult to maintain that when they are purposefully disrupting the forums. I would like to urge everyone to get back to posting on these forums, their concerns in a constructive manner.

I'm going to close this thread only because I don't wan't it to be the thread that carries those concerns. I'd rather it be something fresh and well thought-out. Thanks.

*Just as a quick aside, I'm not sure who might have been banned for what, so please don't bring that into this. We're in the right now and provided people aren't posting obscenities or spamming/trolling, or breaking the Code of Conduct, there should be no reason to suspend anyone else.
