Stuck on authenticating

It looks like the authentication issue should be clearing up.

There is probably an influx of people trying to get in right now which might be causing a bit of a traffic jam. Give it a few minutes and try again. :)

I was able to log onto Kael'thas without a problem, Cactusjim. Are you getting a specific message?

Is it stalled at "Authenticating" or somewhere else? Are you able to log into other realms but not that one?

Have you tried shutting down the program completely and rebooting? Perhaps resetting your router?

Your best bet is our Technical Support Forums, Gadrin, the Game Masters who reside in this forum do not have technical training and therefore we really couldn't make any suggestions as to what your issue may be.

If there forums do not provide the information you need you can try contacting them directly to see if they could be of assistance.

My job is to try and assist with in-game issues, Onirdi, or point those to where they may be able to get some assistance with their issue. :)
