Account going AWOL

I'm using a friends account because I can't get any support on mine.
............................

Here's the brief story of what is going on..

Haven't logged in for roughly two weeks..
During these two weeks get phishing emails about my account being compromised...I ignore them and delete them
Try to log into my account....says it's been locked out due to suspicious activity (oh crap)
Try the battle.net account retrieval application....nothing happens, get sent one email but not with the temp password
Try the password retrieval form....once again get nothing
Call Blizzard Support
Lady tells me that there is nothing wrong with my account, not sure why it's locked, says she'll send me an email to unlock
Waiting some time for lady to unlock account...
Disconnected...
Call back Blizzard Support....after an hour waiting on hold for a rep, they are now closed and I should call back later
Next day...
Call back at 7 am PST...closed during maintenance due to the patch, not calls being taken

Still don't understand what is going on with my account. Never got any emails through any of the methods through battle.net even though the everyday person will think they are in my spam filters because they don't know how literate I am with computers and that I've done technical support and I'm quite pro.

Unfortunately I don't have the information or access to resolve my own issue.

Anyone experiencing this? Am I on crack and magically lost all of my intelligence that otherwise tells me I should have been sent emails when completely these processes?

I've checked my spam type box just in case of course to make sure I was possibly retarded, but no it would say there was messages in there anyway, which there never is. Using no-script on firefox as well if that helps anyone, in fact I'm going to try the pass retrieval with IE just for kicks!

Unfortunately, Hullkhogan, the tool that I would need in order to check into this further for you is undergoing maintenance as well and I am unable to view account information at this time.

I will gladly review the account for you when the tools become available though. In order for me to do so I will need a character name and realm on the account you are referring to.

The tools became available and I was able to check on the account for you.

It does appear the account was compromised. Now the good news is that we just restored several characters that were affected due to the compromise. In fact you should have the restoration emails in your possession now.

If you did not receive the emails, you may wish to check if there has been email forwarding set up. If the hacker had access to your email address, unbeknownst to you, they may have implemented this feature so any emails we send go to them instead.

Lastly, you may wish to create a new email address to be used specifically for Battle.net purposes.

Actually, Hullkhogan, you can provide me the complete email address on the back-end that only I would be able to see.

At the top of the screen you will see your avatar. Click on the "Options" box. Fill in the email address, and click "Submit". Once you have made the update let me know and I will check for you.

Q u o t e:
Ok, I have updated my email with the original account email address that should be getting the emails.

That is indeed the email address we have on the account. :/

As it seems as though you are not receiving the emails you may need to add "@blizzard.com" and "@battle.net" into your address book. Emails sent from those email addresses *should* filter into your inbox automatically. Do you have any Spam filters at all set up? Sometimes the filter is set to automatically delete and therefore you would not get the emails at all.
