ZG Rep and 4.0.3

Hey,
I was wondering with the upcoming patch (4.0.3), will that make the ZG rep unobtainable or will 4.0.3a make the rep unobtainable? Also, will people who are exalted with the Zandalar Tribe, will they be receiving a FoS?

Edit: Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything with the search function.

Edit 2: This has nothing to do with it, but I figured I would ask in this thread instead of making another. With the people who preordered Cataclysm at stores, will we need to install the game via DVD or will we download the game before it's release at 3AM EST?

According to the following post made by our lovely Community Manager Lylirra, the mounts will be removed with 4.0.3 and the Shattering.

Now, I'm not entirely certain if this indicates that they will be removed with 4.0.3 or what will be known as the Shattering, which are entirely different events. Since the world is changed with the Shattering I would assume that it will take place then, but I am unable to give you a 100% on that.
