The Thunder Bluff invasion is stuck because one trapped citizen is apparently trapped somewhere completely inaccessible. Sad panda. :(

It looks like the event ended already in Thunderbluff but this is under investigation currently and though we don't have a resolution as of yet we hope to as quickly as possible.
