Faction change issue.

I asked this be looked into for you, Chanah. While on occasion it can take more than a few hours for a paid transaction to process, it's not the norm. This is showing an error - why, we've not been quite able to determine.

What I'd recommend you do here is give Billing a call just as soon as you can so they can help get this sorted out. They have tools and abilities for this sort of thing Game Masters simply do not have access to - and we certainly don't want any issues with your charges to pop up. They should be able to make sure everything is straightened out and possibly even have this done over the phone.
