Did not recieve email that GM said I did

I opened a ticket on this account concerning a bug with the "/guildinfo" command. I recieved an in-game letter saying to check my email address, however I cannot find the email in my inbox.

Could a customer service representative please confirm the email was sent?

What is the name and realm of the character that you submitted the petition from, Blobulous? With this information I should be able to get the response the Game Master attempted to send to you.
