Trial account?

So I made a trial account and decided to upgrade it. Upon doing so, i believe I may have given myself two accounts on mistake, as when I log into WoW there are two accounts under my Battlenet address (WoW 1 and WoW2) I figured this was a mistake on my end, and that I had accidentally made a second account, so I went ahead and made a new character. I can talk and PM people freely, but I can't trade with people, use the AH, etc because I'm "On a trial account" when I'm clearly not. Help?

Q u o t e:
It can take up to 72 hours for all trial account restrictions to be lifted, Magpi.

As for having two accounts ... call Billing and they can help get this sorted for you!

The information above is spot on, Magpi! If you believe that you may have mistakenly created a secondary account, instead of upgrading your original account, then you will indeed be required to contact Billing & Account Services.
