The estimated escalation times were causing a bit more confusion than we intended them to, as when items are escalated, they are often escalated by the specifics of the issue and on which level of representative can address them. Averaging these out proved to be wholly inaccurate, so we felt it best to not provide information that was ultimately proving more confusing than helpful.
