Realm transfer taking more than a week

I initiated a realm transfer for this character a week ago, and it still hasn't gone through. I've done them in the past, and they took, at most, a few hours.

The character is locked, so I can't log into it. When I log into my transactions page on blizzard.net, it shows the transfer as "pending." I know my credit card is good, so that can't be the issue.

Before I initiated the transfer, I cleared the character's mailbox and such.

I've seen where other people have had similar issues in the past, and got them resolved by posting here, so I thought I'd do the same.

Lookin' for some Blue love here...

Typically Paid Character Transfers will complete relatively quickly, Issandra. In cases where they do not, there may have been an error with the credit card itself, or there may have been an issue with the service.

Are you able to cancel the transfer on the transactions page? If so, please take the time to cancel the transaction and reinitiate it with another form of payment if possible. Alternatively, you may wish to contact Account Services as they may be able to process the transaction for you.

It looks as though the same error is happening, Issandra. :(

Are you been logged in the game when you were initiating the transfer through the website? If so, you must exit the game completely before processing a paid service.

Are you currently able to play this character at all?

Well, Issandra, the character transfer is still in a pending status, however I believe we may have found the potential cause.

Please confirm you do not have more than 10 characters on the realm you are transferring to. Did you by chance just delete a character on this realm?
