Digital wow classic is still a trial?

Is this because the payment is not fully complete?

It can take up to 72-hours for the upgrade to completely process and the payment to be received, Rilin. While the upgrade is processing the leveling cap and the gold cap have been removed. Any communication options, such as trade, chat, and mail, will be unavailable until the upgrade has completed.
