WOW account locked

so i have decided to take my post to this forum
my account has been locked after i logged in at a mates house and my email adress has been hacked WTH DO I DO I WENT TO RECOVER IT AND IAM STARTING TO GET ANGRY i have opened tickets on my other wow accounts talked to gms atried to call blizz and nothing is being done i want my account back and iam really starting to loose it its friggen silly i cannot reset my p word because i have found out that my email adress got hacked i cant do nothing about this i want this fixed some 1 help me iam begining to lose paitience after all the glitches in the game now this wTH do i do!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, Shalerta, take a deep breath and let’s start at the beginning. We are here to help to the best of our abilities. But I will preface this by saying this is the Customer Service Forum and there may not be much I am able to do except to provide advice and point you in the proper direction.

With that said, you mentioned there is another account that was hacked and not the account you are posting under, is this correct? In order for me to investigate this other account I will need to know a character name and realm on the hacked account.

I was able to research the account a bit further and the Battle.net account was locked. When a Battle.net account is automatically locked as it was in this case, a password is generated and sent to the registered email address on the Battle.net account. If you no longer have access to the email address then you will need to contact Account Services for assistance, which is what the Game Master who assisted you advised. Email addresses are unable to be changed by speaking with a Game Master in game.

When you contact Account Services you will be asked to verify the account. Typically they will ask for the answer to the secret question, however if you no longer recall the answer they may ask you for additional information such as the authentication keys, payment information, address, etc. Lastly, the person whose first and last name is registered to the Battle.net account will need to be the one verifying the account. If this is not you, be sure to have that person contact us.
