We are aware of this issue, Thealtarboy, but I do not have an update to provide at this time.
I show you have submitted a ticket into this issue. Once the loss has been investigated, the Game Master will follow up with you either in game or via email. Our current queue times are roughly 11 hours, so it won’t be too long for a response. :)
