Problem with refer a friend account link

Hi There,

I thought I would come on the forum asking for advice or help on how to resolve this issue.
I recently signed up to a new b.net account to use the refer a friend offer, unfortunately I was dumb enough not to use the authentication key that was emailed to me, instead I saw there's a trial version of WoW already in the new b.net account and thought that was automatically linked to my veteran account .

I paid digitally and activated it to the full version, and then found out it wasn't linked properly.
So now my new b.net account has a WoW1 (paid / nonlinked) and WoW2 (trial/linked)..is there a way to resolve this??

You will want to contact our Billing department as soon as possible, Gantsu. They should be able to help you get this sorted out and linked up properly.
