In Hospital- Can you please restore toons...?

Hello,

I apolagise in advance for being annoying but my account was hacked last week and all gear sold. Before I could post a ticket to ask for character restoration, my wife went into labour! I am now away from home with my wife in hospital. Is it possible to request a character restoration for my characters and gear without opening a ticket? I have no way of logging in and opening up a ticket as my computer is at home. I am using the public computer at the Hospital now to write this....lol

My characters are all on Amunthal server (alliance)

Goldbegger (level 80 and all gear)
Icymaster (level 80 and all gear)
Oldpervert (level 80 and all gear)
Detonator (level 80 and all gear)
Drpsycho (level 71 and all gear)
Shrill (level 76 and all gear)
Manhater (level 7 and all gear)

I also had all items removed from my bank for each item and sold.

Just to let you know, I will send away for an authenticator when I get back from hospital!

Can a GM help me? It would be great to get back from hospital next week and play just an hour a day in between looking after our new son! I have played now for nearly 5 years and look forward to playing in the future.

Killer,

We did restore these characters for you - and they should have gear.

The gold - you need to talk to your old guildies that you gave it to, to get that back I'm afraid.

This was done from your normal play location, if it wasn't yourself - then it was someone local to you that had access (but should not have) to your account.
