I need help NOW

So I had my computer Key Logged about 6 months ago. Recovered everything, no issues. Only problem is, my email [which is the one registered to my account on B Net was used as a scam sender, and was promptly locked.] Now however, I get this dandy message saying my account has been locked, and to visit this site.

Perfectly legit, however it says I must check my registered email and go through a process to unlock my account? [Which I have played daily for the last 4 days??]

Problem is, my email that is registered is locked, so I went through the process of unlocked it, got it complete, and lo and behold no email from Blizzard.

so I think well, might as well change my registered email, but I can't, why? Because all the services are locked out from me, and I cannot access anything.

I am not paying for a service that is not accessable to me, I have an authenticator, and have been playing my account all week. Why is it locked? Why can't I access any security information? Why can't I get the supposed sent email Blizz?

Are you posting from the account in question, Nihlathak? If so, I do not see any indication as to what you are referring to. I do not show the account being locked whatsoever.

If however, there is another account you are referring to please provide me the character name and realm so I can look into this a bit further.

In order to change the email address associated with the account, if you are unable to do so on your own, you will need to contact Account Services for further assistance.
