Paid character transfer not showing up

I initiated a paid character transfer of my 51 hunter from Thrall to Nesingwary. After I started it, the character was displayed under account management as "pending" but I checked just now and the character is not listed at all... not still pending, completed nor ineligible. It's been a long time since I did this, but I'm concerned. I haven't gotten an e-mail or anything... but because my transferring character isn't listed AT ALL under account management I'm wondering what's going on.

If somebody could help I'd appreciate it, I'm a 5-year WoW subscriber. Thanks.

I do see a very current one here, Mcpain. That's marked pending at the moment.

I'd give it a bit more time to work through the system, there is nothing indicating an error, at least at this time.

Normally these clear up on their own, but if say by sometime later today it doesn't resolve, you are more than welcome to followup with us.
