Item Redemption problem

I put in the Redemtion code to get my Wind Rider Pup...and i have yet to have it mailed to my characters

every other item I ordered from the Blizz store i got immedently

Lil KT, Pandarian Monk, Lil XT and Celestral Steed

if you know what i can do to ge tmy pet please tell me

Are you certain that this pet was redeemed on this Battle.net account, Kurotenshi? I'm unable to verify that there is a Wind Rider Pup attached to this account. =>.<=

This would be much better addressed by a member of our Billing & Account Services department. I highly recommend giving them a ring first thing in the morning, and have your code ready for them!

They should be able to determine what exactly happened with the code that you have (to determine if it was, for example, mistakenly used on the wrong account). I'm unsure as to what steps exactly they will take, as each case is different and Billing issues such as this are not my area of expertise, but they would be the best route to go for any available assistance.
