Cross sever ignore not working?

Hello,

So i am in a group with a full icc geared tank who seems to think he needs to need on every piece of tank gear witch are not upgrade and even dps gear witch was a upgrade for me long story short i try right clicking him and adding him to ignore i get player now found. So i type /ignore Player name - Server Name and i get the message player not found . I would prefer NOT to be in a group with this person EVER again. So is this a bug any help here ?

I suspect this is tied up in the issues the restarts this morning are to help address, Valdís. If you find this happening again, please do let us know.

I'll ask around here a bit as well, while I've not heard of this one yet, you could be absolutely correct it's new from the recent changes.
