Can't do any Lich King instances

I keep que-ing for random lich king dungeons and I keep getting Utgarde Keep and I load in alone while everyone else shows up on my map in the group. But somehow I am placed into a different dungeon then the others. I have tried re-entering the dungeon. Reconnecting inside and outside of the dungeon. Killing myself and walking back to the dungeon. None of these have worked. I have not had any luck yet with a Lich King dungeon. It's like I'm being put into an instance with a different instance id. And it's only me there.
