My SM quest broke

Hi, I just turned in my shadowfrost shard quest, started the event, Darion did his speech, walked around, Axe animation didn't show up and no shadowmourne in bags... no achivement, no shadow's edge.

Can I at least have a cookie? hug/backrub maybe?
