ReCruit a friend

Hey, I got my friend to start playing wow and we wanted to do recruit a friend and i sent him an email and everything he signed up right there but somewere along the process he must have gotten of track because it is for some reason not linked to my account. Any way blizz could help out because I was really looking forward to getting the exp boost and the rocket and stiff.Thankyou!

possibly an issue for everyone trying to do RAF right now?

Hopefully this will get fixed...I hate having to call customer service >.<

Did your friend perhaps just install the Battlechest without first establishing a RAF to upgrade through the link?

That would be my first best presumption and he'd want to call Billing right away if that is the case.
