Ok, so before the patch when I started playing wow I had to look all over forums to find that to make it work, I had to put last 4 card numbers in postal code part, and it worked fine...

Now it just won't go, same problem as everyone else aparently, but I'm not trying to buy cataclysm, and the only possible solution that they found (sending an e-mail to fraud.blizzard), has yet to show any results.

Anyone having the same problem and managed to find a solution?

(PS: don't come with the "call billing" because 1: I can't speak english and 2: from what I saw in every topic about this kind of thing they're always clueless)

Calling Billing would be the best option here. One of the first options in the menu when you call Billing is language. I do believe there is both a Portuguese and Spanish option to get in touch with a Billing representative that can assist you.

You may want to try a program such as Skype and dial our 800 or international numbers. Many of our international players speak highly of Skype.
