Day and night?

if this is in the wrong forum sorry. new to this. but why does this game not have a day time and a night time. that stands out. it would be cool to have it be night time at night. for every where and not just some spots in the game.

Depending on your realm and time zone, Drshadowsong, it should currently be night time in and around Silvermoon city. The stars are currently out and the lanterns are aglow, though truthfully I play at night so that is the only way I usually see the game. :D

As the others have noted the day/night cycle is actually 24 hours, not compressed into only a few hours like many games.

It should also be mentioned that though there is a day and night period is it not so distinctive that it negatively impacts game play as the cycle is intended mostly for ambiance and not necessarily as an obstacle or aspect of game play.

If you would like to see changes made to how the day/night cycle is manifested in game you are welcome to post in the Suggestions forum so our Developers can review your feedback. :)
