Place a gm in to trade chat Plz

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place but lightbringer trade chat is out of control. Our trade chat is full of sexual explicit language, racism, very bad language not to mention the trolling, flaming and spaming. I had to open 6 gms tickets back to back with in a hr even had a gm be shocked and say oh wow. So maybe bliz can you put a gm in trade on the ally side to monitor it? i mean i sure would not want my kids to see things like this and it is pretty overboard

That is not the point, Manchowder. We have rules in the game for a reason and Pyrotechnìcs has a legitimate concern.

Pyrotechnìcs - The best way to handle a situation like this is to open an in game ticket reporting the offending players. Be sure you report the name of the player and the realm so the report can be investigated accordingly.

Penalties are based on the severity and frequency of the violations, Man. Our goal not to close accounts, it is to educate our players on what is and is not acceptable for this teen rated game. If those who choose to violate our Terms of Use continue to do so, and are reported, the penalties stack and they will eventually find themselves temporarily removed from the game or even have the account closed. This is the extreme of course, we would hope the lesson would be learned well before reaching that point but we are not afraid of closing an account so that our other players, who are able to abide by the rules that they agreed to follow can enjoy a fun and fair environment.

It doesn't matter what responses you get from other players, Pyrotechnics, our Community Managers and Developers will be able to review your post and take it into consideration. The trolls matter little. :)
