When a Friend gets Hacked

So just wondering when I see a friend's account in the midst of getting hacked, is the best thing to do is open an in game ticket asap? Should I be doing something else? Don't have the guys phone number, but hate to see this happening

Opening a petition is indeed the best way to alert us to a possible compromise.

If you have any way to contact this player at all, you may wish to give him a heads up. Also, you can now set up permissions in your guildbank to only allow access on certain levels to those that have an authenticator. That's something I'd heartily recommend to every guild leader.
