I am getting this message a lot whenever I log in. I am sick of it. Before this it was "suspicious activity detected". Whatever method you guys are using to determine what's "normal" and what's "suspicious" is simply not working.

I don't want to make an international call just to speak to someone who's just going to say "sorry for the inconvenience".. What I do want is to pass a message along to someone who can actually do something about it and make a difference.

So, whoever reads this, please pass on to your manager or your boss's boss or whoever, and tell them that this system is not working. Cos I'm sick of having to reset my password all the time.

The establishment of a pattern requires a consistent action. Given the recent log in activity on your account, Ris, "normal" for you seems to mean inconsistent. I am sorry for what inconvenience this may cause you, Ris, but I'm not certain what I can recommend outside of looking into how you are connecting to the game.

You are welcome to provide your feedback regarding this system in our Suggestions forum where it can be reviewed by the appropriate parties. There can be a number of false positives with this system but it is incorrect to say that it is not working. We are adjusting our systems as time goes on to reduce the number of false positives that we get but otherwise this system is working very well as it has helped players retain their account in the majority of cases where the positive was not false.

Good luck, Ris.
